Naturopathic Consultation
Initial Consultation: 60-90 minutes
The naturopathic initial consultation is a comprehensive and holistic approach to improving your health and well-being. The visit lasts approximately 60-90 minutes. Here is what to expect:
Dr Josselson will ask you questions about various topics including your family history, energy level, sleep pattern, exercise habits, diet, and life stressors. The reason for such a comprehensive assessment is because a naturopathic doctor treats the whole person. Mind, body, and spirit are all important aspects of health and wellness. In addition, it is vital to discover and treat the cause of your health issues. Treatments aim to correct underlying imbalances and also to prevent future disease. You will receive an individually tailored wellness plan based upon your specific needs. This may include nutrition, herbal supplements, detoxification, lifestyle modifications, or homeopathy. Dr Josselson will also educate you about your body so you can regain control of your health.
Follow-up Consultation: 30-45 minutes
Follow-up appointments last between 30-45 minutes. The length of time between appointments varies and can be better assessed after your initial consult. During follow-up visits, your progress will be assessed, any new symptoms will be discussed, and your wellness plan will be adjusted as needed.
Customized Supplement Assessment - 30 minutes
